Whenever I try to connect I get a message saying my firewall won’t allow it.
The only firewall I have is Windows firewall. Absolute is in the exceptions list and I even turned it off and I still cant connect.
I e-mailed their tech support about the problem and they only told me that I must have another firewall thats causing the problem and to find it and then go to a website of theirs for instructions!
I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling it!
Anyone ever experience the same kind of problem?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
